Devout (“Devout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Catholic-first mobile application operated by Staydevout LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling any information you share with care. This policy describes, in general terms, the kinds of information we may collect and how we use it.

Devout is designed to collect only the information needed to provide its features. This may include basic account details you choose to provide, such as a name or email address, and preferences you set, such as the parish you select and the private accountability groups you join. We aim to keep data collection minimal.

We use the information you provide to operate and improve Devout, including helping you maintain a rhythm of prayer, keep track of Mass, identify your parish, and participate in private accountability with people you choose. We do not sell your personal information.

We may use trusted third-party providers to operate the app, such as infrastructure and error monitoring. We share only what is needed for those services to function.

Devout does not include a public social feed. Accountability features are private and limited to the family, friends, and small groups you choose to connect with.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@staydevout.com. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.

Devout is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of Devout after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
