Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Devout (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Devout is operated by Staydevout LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Use of the app
Devout is provided to support a personal rhythm of prayer, Mass attendance, parish identity, and private accountability. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions
Some features may be offered through a paid subscription. Where applicable, billing and renewal are handled through the platform from which you downloaded the app. You may manage or cancel a subscription through your platform account settings.
Content and conduct
Devout does not host a public social feed. Any information you share within private accountability features should be appropriate and respectful of the people you connect with.
Disclaimers
Devout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding the app and disclaim liability for any indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of Devout after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
